Dolphin Drilling extends offering after new rig contract letter

Dolphin Drilling AS has announced the approval and publication of a prospectus supplement, extending the subscription period for its subsequent offering. The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved the supplement on September 3, 2025, following a letter of intent for a contract for the rig Borgland Dolphin. This development was initially detailed on September 2, 2025.

As a result of this update, the subscription period has been extended by one day, moving the new end date from September 4, 2025, to September 5, 2025, at 16:30 (CEST).
