Spetalen transfers major stake in S.D. Standard ETC to daughters

Øystein Stray Spetalen has transferred his entire indirect shareholding in S.D. Standard ETC Plc (SDSD), totaling 462,015,048 shares or 88.090% of voting rights, as gifts to Sss AS and Jss Capital Management AS. These entities are owned by Sophie Stray Spetalen and Jenny Stray Spetalen, respectively. The transfer, executed on September 1st, involved shares held through Ferncliff Holding AS and its subsidiaries, Ferncliff Listed DAI AS and Saga Pure ASA.

Following the transaction, Øystein Stray Spetalen now holds zero direct and indirect shares and voting rights in S.D. Standard ETC Plc.

As a result of the gifts, Ferncliff Holding AS now directly and indirectly controls 155,918,109 shares in the company, which corresponds to 29.728% of the shares and voting rights. This information is disclosed in accordance with Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
