Bulk Industrial Real Estate, a division of Bulk Infrastructure Group, is evaluating the sale of a significant portfolio of fully developed, income-producing industrial real estate assets. The portfolio primarily comprises assets designed and built by Bulk based on principles of flexibility, efficiency, and sustainability, alongside acquired and optimized properties.

The planned divestment aligns with the group's strategy of recycling capital from stabilized asset sales to fund further development of its land bank and other growth initiatives. This move is a regular component of Bulk Infrastructure Group's business operations.

Bulk Industrial Real Estate will commence a structured process to assess potential transactions, engaging CBRE as an advisor. The company emphasized that there is no certainty any transaction will be completed.
