Zalaris CEO increases stake through share purchase

Hans-Petter Mellerud, founder and chief executive of Zalaris ASA, acquired 2,000 shares in the company on 1 September 2025. This transaction was executed at a price of NOK 75.635 per share, totaling NOK 151,270. The purchase was completed on Oslo Børs.

Following this acquisition, Mellerud directly holds 25,365 shares in Zalaris ASA. His total ownership, including 2,891,482 shares held through his 100% owned investment company Norwegian Retail AS, amounts to 2,916,847 shares, representing approximately 13.2% of the company's share capital and votes.

This mandatory notification highlights a continued investment by the chief executive in the company's equity.
