Prosafe updates prospectus with Q2 2025 report data for warrant offering

The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority has approved a supplement to Prosafe SE's prospectus, initially published on 18 July 2025. This supplement, approved on 1 September 2025, incorporates information from the company's Q2 2025 report, which was released on 22 August 2025. The updated prospectus is integral to the offering of up to 17,868,651 warrants previously announced.

The Prospectus Supplement is to be read in conjunction with the original Prospectus and will be made available on Prosafe’s official website. This update ensures all relevant financial information, including the Q2 2025 results, is included in the offering documents.

The announcement also includes standard disclaimers regarding distribution restrictions in various jurisdictions, including Australia, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Prosafe, an owner and operator of semi-submersible accommodation vessels, is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
