NOS Group takes majority stake in Horisont Energi

Horisont Energi AS announced on September 1, 2025, that NOS Group AS has become its majority shareholder. The transaction, which took place on August 29, 2025, solidified NOS Group AS's position.

Prior to the transaction, NOS Group AS held 10,833,033 shares, representing approximately 48.5% of Horisont Energi's outstanding shares. Following the acquisition of an additional 550,298 shares, NOS Group AS's ownership now stands at 11,383,331 shares, equating to approximately 51.0% of the total 22,325,980 outstanding shares as of September 1, 2025.
