Wilh. Wilhelmsen completes capital reduction, cancels own shares

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA officially completed its capital reduction and cancellation of own shares, as resolved at its annual general meeting on April 30, 2025. The company's share capital has been reduced by NOK 44,000,000, decreasing from NOK 891,600,000 to NOK 847,000,000. This was achieved through the cancellation of 1,323,633 own Class A shares and 906,367 own Class B shares, each denominated at NOK 20.

The resolution, published by the Register of Business Enterprises on May 5, was subject to a six-week creditor notice period, which concluded without any objections. The capital reduction was formally registered as completed with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises today.

Following the reduction, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA's share capital now stands at NOK 847,000,000. This is divided into 32,676,367 Class A shares and 9,673,633 Class B shares, resulting in a total of 42,350,000 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 20.
