Veidekke lands NOK 133m Stavanger housing project contract

Veidekke has secured a contract to construct the second phase of the Odden residential project in Hinna Park, Stavanger. The NOK 133 million contract, excluding VAT, involves building a 13-story residential block with 39 apartments, a parking facility, and outdoor areas. This follows an initial phase which began last summer with 56 apartments across three buildings.

Odden 1 AS, the client, is a collaboration between Stavanger Utvikling, Entra, Camar Eiendom, and OBOS Nye Hjem. Veidekke has been developing the project in close cooperation with Odden 1 AS since May 2022. The new apartments, situated by the fjord, will range from 44 m2 two-room units to 174 m2 five-room units.

Construction for this second phase is scheduled to begin in October 2025, with handover expected in late 2027. This contract will be included in Veidekke's order reserves for the third quarter of 2025.
