REC Silicon tender offer closes today at NOK 2.20 per share

The acceptance period for Anchor AS's mandatory offer to acquire all remaining shares in REC Silicon ASA concludes today, August 29, 2025, at 16:30 CEST. The offer price remains NOK 2.20 per share, with no further extensions or increases. Shareholders wishing to tender their shares must submit the acceptance form by the deadline.

Acceptance forms can be submitted electronically via www.dnb.no/emisjoner, by email to retail@dnb.no, by regular post, or hand delivery to DNB Carnegie. DNB Carnegie is acting as financial advisor and receiving agent for the offeror.
