Nordic Trustee sets new interest rate for SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge bond

Nordic Trustee AS has announced the new interest rate for SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge’s FRN Senior Unsecured MREL Eligible Debt 2023/2026 (ISIN NO0012934621).

Effective from September 2, 2025, the new bond interest rate is set at 5.17%. This rate will apply for a 91-day interest period, concluding on December 2, 2025. The rate determination was made on August 29, 2025, in accordance with the bond agreement.

The update has been communicated to the account operator for registration with the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS). The announcement was signed by Cecilie Natalie Haug-Henriksen on behalf of Nordic Trustee AS.
