Haugaland Kraft sees strong half-year profit jump on higher prices, production

Haugaland Kraft AS reported a substantial increase in its half-year results for 2025, with a net profit of NOK 409.771 million, an NOK 80 million improvement over the same period in 2024. This growth was primarily driven by higher electricity prices and increased power production, which totaled 1,306 GWh compared to 1,026 GWh in the first half of 2024. Total operating revenues reached NOK 2,177.965 million, an increase of NOK 451 million from the previous year.

The company's strategic initiatives, including significant investments in infrastructure, contributed to this positive performance. Haugaland Kraft Fiber surpassed 74,000 customers and is preparing for the launch of "FiberHub" in Q3 2026. Deep Wind Offshore AS continues to advance its projects, securing an Electricity Business License for the Admiral Lee project in South Korea, positioning the group for future growth in renewable energy.

Fagne AS has strengthened regional supply security, completing a 36 km power line. Overall, the group’s total assets stand at NOK 19,220.725 million, with equity at NOK 11,619.589 million, reflecting a solid financial position.
