Zalaris secures significant European payroll contract with Eurowings

Zalaris, a prominent European HR and payroll services provider, has secured a new contract with Eurowings, a fully owned subsidiary of Deutsche Lufthansa AG. The agreement involves implementing a centralized payroll system for approximately 5,500 Eurowings employees across Europe, standardizing processes, and enhancing efficiency. This 18-month rollout project also aims to lay the groundwork for future integration with a new human capital management (HCM) system.

This partnership reinforces Zalaris' expertise in multi-country payroll and HR solutions, aligning with Eurowings' broader digital HR strategy. Zalaris’ managing director for Germany, Peter Martin, highlighted the collaboration's role in supporting Eurowings' journey towards a streamlined and unified payroll structure and contributing to the digital transformation of HR processes.
