Victory Partners sells significant stake in Link Mobility Group

Victory Partners VIII Ltd, a company controlled by ABRY Partners VIII (Cayman AIV), L.P., sold 45,000,000 shares in Link Mobility Group Holding ASA. The sale, executed on August 28, 2025, represented approximately 15.0% of the company's share capital and votes, at a price of NOK 30 per share. This resulted in a total transaction size of NOK 1,350 million. Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge, and SpareBank 1 Markets AS were joint bookrunners.

Following the offering, Abry Partners now holds 40,540,774 shares in Link Mobility Group Holding ASA, representing approximately 13.5% of the share capital and votes. Abry Partners has representation on the company's board of directors and has committed to a 90-day lock-up period for its remaining shares. The transaction took place outside a trading venue.
