Vegfinans Viken issues NOK 2bn in new bonds

Vegfinans Viken AS today announced the successful issuance of two new bonds, raising a total of NOK 2,000 million. This includes a NOK 1,500 million 5-year bond with a floating coupon of 3 months Nibor + 0.45% p.a., and a NOK 500 million 15-year fixed-rate bond with a coupon of 4.40%. Both new issues are backed by a selvskyldnergaranti from Akershus County Municipality.

The net proceeds are earmarked for the financing and refinancing of various projects within the region. Settlement for these new bonds is set for September 4, 2025. Vegfinans Viken AS will apply for listing of these bonds on Nordic ABM.
