Folketrygdfondet increases Link Mobility Group stake to 6.0%

Folketrygdfondet, the Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global, announced today, August 28, 2025, that it acquired an additional 7,300,000 shares in Link Mobility Group Holding ASA. This substantial purchase demonstrates a strengthened position in the mobile messaging and solutions provider.

Following this transaction, Folketrygdfondet now holds a net total of 18,027,205 shares in Link Mobility Group Holding ASA. This increased holding translates to a 6.0% ownership stake in the company.
