Integrated Wind Solutions reports record net profit in Q2 2025

Integrated Wind Solutions ASA reported record financial results for Q2 2025, with total revenue reaching €28.5m, a 126% increase year-over-year and 13% up from Q1 2025. Group EBITDA soared to €9.0m, compared to €5.3m in Q1 and €1.6m in Q2 2024, primarily driven by IWS Fleet’s performance. The Group's net profit reached €5.4m, a substantial increase from €3.4m in Q1 and €0.6m in Q2 2024.

IWS Fleet’s revenue contributed €16.3m, with four vessels (IWS Skywalker, IWS Windwalker, IWS Seawalker, IWS Starwalker) in full operation during Q2 2025 on charter with Dogger Bank and Siemens Gamesa. The fifth vessel, IWS Moonwalker, was delivered in June and is en route to Europe for its first charter. IWS Fleet also added €106m in firm revenue backlog and 391 new charter days in Q2 2025.

IWS Services revenue grew by 10% from Q1 to €12.0m, although this growth, particularly in the offshore substation segment, continued to put pressure on EBITDA margins. PEAK Wind’s net revenue remained consistent with Q2 2024, contributing €0.2m to the Group’s net profit before amortization of acquisition-related intangible assets.
