HAAS AS stake in BEWI ASA drops below 15% after private placement

BEWI ASA has announced a disclosure of a large shareholding following Tranche 1 of its private placement, which raised gross proceeds of NOK 896 million. This placement involved the issuance of new shares, leading to a change in the company’s capital structure. Following the registration of the Tranche 1 share capital increase, BEWI's share capital now stands at NOK 230,066,748, divided into 230,066,748 shares.

Post-Tranche 1, HAAS AS holds 33,351,332 shares in BEWI, representing approximately 14.50% of the issued shares and votes. This updated holding means HAAS AS has fallen below the 15% disclosure threshold mandated by section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

HAAS AS has been conditionally allocated 68,668 offer shares in Tranche 2 of the private placement, but it holds no other rights to additional shares or votes in BEWI ASA beyond this allocation.
