SmartCraft Q2 2025: ARR exceeds NOK 500m as profitability strengthens

SmartCraft ASA achieved a significant milestone in Q2 2025, with annual recurring revenue (ARR) surpassing NOK 500 million to reach NOK 505 million, a 9% year-on-year increase. Organic ARR growth rose to 7%, marking the first quarter-on-quarter improvement since Q4 2022. The adjusted EBITDA-CAPEX margin improved to 29%, its highest since Q1 2024.

Despite a challenging construction market, SmartCraft saw an 8% increase in new customer contracts. Cash flow from operating activities increased by 20% year-on-year to NOK 29.7 million, with a solid financial position and positive net cash.

SmartCraft continues to invest in product innovation and its unified technical platform, focusing on strategies to increase revenue per customer through bundling, value-based pricing, and cross-selling. The company is well-positioned for accelerated organic growth when the construction market recovers, maintaining a focus on strong profitability and cash flow, as stated by interim CEO Hanna Konyi.
