Prosafe warrants exercise period concludes with strong participation

Prosafe SE's warrants offering exercise period, which concluded on August 25, 2025, saw 13,033,597 warrants exercised at NOK 0.15 per share, out of a total offering of up to 17,868,651 warrants. Exercising warrant holders can verify their allocated shares via Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS) account managers or DNB Issuer Services from August 27, 2025.

Payment for these new shares is due on September 1, 2025, with warrant holders required to ensure sufficient funds are available by August 29, 2025. The company anticipates the share capital increase will be registered by September 8, 2025, and shares will be delivered to VPS accounts around September 9, 2025. These new shares will be listed on Euronext Oslo Børs with the ticker code "PRS."
