Cadeler H1 2025 revenue triples, driven by fleet expansion and strong outlook

Cadeler A/S reported exceptional financial results for the first half of 2025, with revenue more than tripling to EUR 299 million from EUR 82 million in H1 2024, a 265% increase. EBITDA rose by 868% to EUR 213 million, up from EUR 22 million, and profit for the period reached EUR 168 million, compared to EUR 0.2 million in the previous year. These results align with the company's updated full-year guidance for 2025. The strong performance was bolstered by fleet growth, including newbuild WTIVs and the acquisition of the O&M vessel Wind Keeper. Cadeler also launched Nexra, a dedicated O&M division, reinforcing its commitment to long-term client partnerships and recurring income. The total contract backlog as of August 26, 2025, stands at EUR 2.5 billion, providing robust earnings visibility.
