Hofseth International Q2 revenue falls 12% despite EBITDA jump

Hofseth International reported Q2 revenue of NOK 1.456bn, down 12% from NOK 1.656bn a year earlier, mainly due to lower processing sales. However, EBITDA increased 13% to NOK 168.6m, with processing EBITDA up 54% to NOK 146.3m.

The company posted a net loss of NOK 27.7m and acquired the remaining 50% of Hauge Aqua Innovation Holding, now Hofseth Development.
