Energeia plans NOK 31m rights issue for solar development

Energeia AS announced a fully underwritten rights issue of NOK 31 million through 1,033,333,333 new shares at NOK 0.03 each. The capital raise will fund operational liquidity and project development, particularly the Seval Skog solar power plant.

The rights issue is underwritten by a consortium including major shareholders Eidsiva Vekst AS and Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund AB.
