Observe Medical reports 61% sales jump, completes restructuring

Observe Medical ASA reported H1 2025 revenues of NOK 11.3 million, driven by a 61% year-over-year increase in UnoMeter product sales, despite discontinuing Nordic distribution. EBITDA improved to negative NOK 8.7 million.

The company completed a NOK 36.4 million private placement in July and reduced total debt by approximately NOK 50 million through restructuring negotiations. Its main manufacturer became a significant shareholder, strengthening strategic ties.
