OBOS Eiendom reports NOK 141m first-half profit

OBOS Eiendom reported a pre-tax profit of NOK 141 million for the first half of 2025 despite market challenges.

The company completed 75,000 square meters of office space and parking at its Construction City project in July, with remaining areas due for completion in November.

Rental income increased to NOK 430 million, supported by a 94.5% economic occupancy rate. The investment property portfolio reached NOK 18,812 million, with the company maintaining an equity ratio of 47% and loan-to-value of 44%.
