SATS Achieves Strong Q2 2025 Financials, Initiates First Dividend

SATS ASA reported Q2 2025 revenues of NOK 1,393 million, up 10% year-over-year, and EBIT before IFRS 16 of NOK 215 million, a 35% increase from Q2 2024. This performance was driven by a 4% rise in workouts, with group training leading growth.

The company achieved its NOK 800 million EBITDA ambition for the past twelve months. SATS will distribute a dividend of NOK 0.63 per share, totaling NOK 127 million, representing 50% of H1 2025 net profit, exceeding its minimum target. The mid-term EBITDA ambition is set at NOK 1.1 billion.
