BEWI raises NOK 896m in private placement

BEWI ASA raised gross proceeds of approximately NOK 896 million (EUR 75 million) through a private placement completed August 20.

The company is now offering up to 3 million additional shares to existing investors at the same subscription price as the private placement. BEWI shares are trading ex-rights, meaning new buyers won't receive subscription rights for the subsequent offering.
