Arctic Fish plans €1m share offering following placement

Arctic Fish Holding AS is considering a subsequent offering to raise up to €1 million through new shares priced at NOK 31.80 each, following a €35 million private placement.

Eligible shareholders as of August 20, 2025, who were not allocated shares in the private placement may participate. The offering depends on the private placement's completion and share price development.
