Naeringsbanken explores NOK 90m debt raising

Naeringsbanken ASA has engaged DNB Carnegie for potential issuance of NOK 40 million in fund bonds and NOK 50 million in subordinated loans.

Both floating-rate instruments would include early redemption options after five years, subject to regulatory approval and market conditions.
