LINK Mobility posts strong Q2 growth, acquires SMSPortal

LINK Mobility acquired South African market leader SMSPortal, boosting proforma adjusted EBITDA to NOK 1.1 billion. Proforma gross profit grew 7% year-over-year to NOK 501 million, with adjusted EBITDA increasing 12% to NOK 283 million.

The company recorded NOK 50 million in closed won contracts, driven by RCS messaging solutions which saw 4x growth. LINK also acquired UK firms The SMS Works and FireText Communications.
