BEWI raises NOK 896m in private placement

BEWI ASA raised approximately NOK 896 million by issuing new shares at NOK 20.00 each through a private placement.

The company plans a subsequent repair offering for up to 3,000,000 new shares at the same NOK 20.00 price for existing shareholders as of August 20, 2025, who were not part of the private placement.

Both the completion of the private placement's second tranche and the subsequent offering require approval at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for September 11, 2025.
