Hawk Infinity Software completes acquisition of Nytt Foretak

Hawk Infinity Software AS acquired the remaining 9.9% of Nytt Foretak AS for NOK 120m enterprise value, giving it full ownership. Settlement was primarily in shares of parent company Hawk Infinity AS.

Nytt Foretak had revenues of NOK 19.0m and EBITDA of NOK 13.0m, with revenue up 57% and EBITDA up 99% year-over-year.
