Wilhelmsen reports $257m Q2 profit, raises dividend

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA reported net profit of $257 million for Q2 2025, with total income up 5% to $315 million.

The New Energy segment surged 25% to $100 million, while Strategic Holdings contributed $211 million to profit, primarily from Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA and Hyundai Glovis.

The company approved a first dividend of NOK 12.00 per share with potential for an additional NOK 8.00, and increased its stake in Edda Wind to 37.8%.
