Nordic Semiconductor reports 28% revenue growth to $164m

Nordic Semiconductor reported Q2 2025 revenue of $164 million, up 28% year-on-year, with first-half revenue reaching $319 million, up 58%. Gross margin hit 51% with EBITDA at $21 million.

Short-range revenue grew 26% while long-range revenue doubled. The company certified 106 designs in Q2 and launched new products including the nPM1304 PMIC and nRF54 Series.

Nordic expects Q3 revenue of $165-185 million with around 50% gross margin.
