Selvaag Bolig reports record construction backlog despite Q2 slowdown

Selvaag Bolig recorded Q2 net sales of NOK 690 million with 106 homes sold, reflecting a market slowdown from 2024. However, the company initiated construction on 171 units, boosting total homes under construction to 1,165 units valued at a record NOK 8.2 billion.

IFRS operating revenues were NOK 261 million for Q2, with adjusted EBITDA of NOK 15 million. H1 revenues reached NOK 428 million but resulted in negative adjusted EBITDA of NOK 5 million due to fewer deliveries.

The board postponed dividend decisions until February 2026.
