Oslo Bors places Seacrest Petroleo on penalty lists

Oslo Bors has placed Seacrest Petroleo Bermuda Limited on both its "Recovery Box" for uncertain pricing and "Penalty Bench" for rule non-compliance.

The exchange currently lists four companies in the Recovery Box and seven on the Penalty Bench, with Alternus Energy and Barramundi Group also appearing on both lists.
