BerGenBio approves merger with Oncoinvent, NOK 130m rights issue

BerGenBio ASA shareholders approved a statutory triangular merger with Oncoinvent ASA and BerGenBio Norge AS, with the company changing its name to Oncoinvent ASA upon completion.

A fully underwritten rights issue of NOK 130 million was also approved, with new shares priced between NOK 0.17 and NOK 3.00.
