Benchmark Holdings updates voting rights after tender offer

Benchmark Holdings plc's total voting rights have been updated to 615,377,895 ordinary shares, effective July 31, 2025. This follows the cancellation of 127,720,171 ordinary shares after a tender offer completed on July 25, 2025, and employee option exercises.

Key concert party interests now include FERD AS with 31.2%, JNE Master Fund with 26.4%, and Kverva Finans AS with 26.8%. Collectively, these concert parties hold 526,403,136 shares, representing 85.5% of total voting rights.
