Hermana chairman gains 35% voting control ahead of EGM

Hermana Holding ASA chairman Erik Sneve has crossed the one-third disclosure threshold for voting rights ahead of an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 6 August 2025.

Sneve received proxies without voting instructions representing 4,391,875 shares, constituting 32.73% of all issued shares. Combined with his directly controlled 317,692 shares, his total representation amounts to 4,709,567 shares, equating to 35.09% of the company.

This consolidation of voting power triggered the mandatory disclosure requirement.
