Benchmark cancels 56% of shares in £31.9m buyback

Benchmark Holdings plc will purchase and cancel 127,720,171 ordinary shares, representing approximately 56.28% of shares subject to its tender offer that closed on 24 July.

The buyback returns approximately £31.9 million to shareholders. Following the cancellation, Benchmark will have 614,702,942 ordinary shares in issue.
