Nordic Financials abandons 1x Technologies investment

Nordic Financials ASA announced it will not proceed with its previously announced investment in 1x Technologies after the right of first refusal period expired.

The potential investment, initially disclosed on July 3, was contingent on this right of first refusal. All shares Nordic Financials had intended to subscribe were ultimately exercised by existing 1x Technologies shareholders.

Consequently, Nordic Financials will not acquire any shares in 1x Technologies at this time.
