BW Energy Q2 production falls amid lower oil prices

BW Energy reported net production of 2.9 million barrels for Q2 2025, down from 3.2 million barrels in Q1. Daily production decreased to 32.3 thousand barrels per day from 36.0 thousand barrels per day, with declines across both the Dussafu and Golfinho assets.

The average realized price fell to $66.7 per barrel from $74.8 in Q1 and $83.8 in Q2 2024. Operational costs per barrel increased to $20.4 from $16.5 in the previous quarter.
