Observe Medical raises capital through private placement

Observe Medical completed a share capital increase following a private placement and loan conversion with Navamedic ASA on July 9, 2025.

The company issued 56.9 million new shares in the private placement and 10 million shares to Navamedic for loan conversion, totaling 66.9 million shares.

The new share capital stands at NOK 38.7 million, divided into 92.1 million shares. The new shares will not be tradable until a prospectus is approved and published, expected by end of Q3 2025.
