Norda increases Lokotech stake after share return

Norda ASA received 1,973,013 shares in Lokotech Group AS on July 8, 2025, at NOK 0.66 per share after the shares were returned from a lending arrangement.

Following the transaction, Norda now holds 20,318,819 shares and 1,972,195 warrants in Lokotech Group AS.

The companies have close ties through Christian Åbyholm, chairman of Norda ASA, who is married to Kristin Åbyholm, a board member at Lokotech Group AS.

Together with related parties, the group now controls 30,861,960 shares in Lokotech Group AS, representing approximately 4.9% of outstanding shares, plus 10,623,859 warrants.
