Himalaya Shipping reports strong June fleet earnings, approves dividend

Himalaya Shipping Ltd. reported average time charter equivalent earnings of $34,500 per day for June 2025 across its twelve-vessel fleet, including $1,000 per day in scrubber benefits.

The company's ten index-linked vessels achieved $35,000 daily, outperforming two fixed-time charter vessels at $32,100 daily. The Baltic 5TC Capesize Index averaged $24,076 for the month.

The board approved a cash distribution of $0.05 per share from contributed surplus for June 2025, payable around August 5, 2025.
