Endur ASA buys back 621,000 shares in ongoing program

Endur ASA has acquired 621,042 shares under its current buyback program, spending NOK 38.2 million at a weighted average price of NOK 61.51 per share since the program began on March 1, 2024.

The company added 15,832 shares in the past week at an average price of NOK 88.41 per share. Its total holding of own shares now represents 0.47% of registered share capital.

The buyback program targets up to 1.63 million shares and runs until February 28, 2026.
