BW LPG secures $595m in new financing

BW LPG Limited successfully closed two financing facilities totaling $595 million. This includes a $380 million facility that financed the Avance Gas fleet acquisition completed in late 2024 and led to termination of a $250 million shareholder loan.

BW LPG India secured a $215 million facility to refinance existing debt and support acquisition of two VLGCs, expanding its fleet to nine vessels. The facilities improved funding costs and liquidity, with ten banks supporting the arrangements.
