Aker ASA net asset value rises to NOK 66.5bn

Aker ASA's net asset value increased to NOK 66.5 billion in Q2 2025, up from NOK 61.9 billion in Q1. The company distributed total dividends of NOK 2.0 billion in the first half of 2025, contributing to a 24.1 percent total shareholder return.

Gross asset value reached NOK 76.3 billion, with listed equity investments totaling NOK 54.7 billion and unlisted equity investments at NOK 13.3 billion. Aker strengthened its real estate position through investments in SBB and Public Property Invest, and simplified its ownership structure by consolidating Aker Horizons.
