Fremtind Holding profit surges to 1.99bn kroner in H1

Fremtind Holding Group reported profit before tax of 1,988 million kroner for the first half of 2025, up from 728 million kroner in the prior year. After-tax profit reached 1,456 million kroner, compared to 593 million kroner previously.

Second quarter profit before tax was 1,136 million kroner, up from 495 million kroner, while after-tax profit rose to 850 million kroner from 388 million kroner.

SpareBank 1 SMN's share of Fremtind's year-to-date profit before tax increased to 199 million kroner from 73 million kroner, reflecting its indirect 19.5% stake through SpareBank 1 Gruppen.
