Downer EDI completes on-market buy-back, reducing share count

Downer EDI Limited (DOW) has notified the cessation of 1,745,180 ordinary fully paid securities as a result of an on-market buy-back. The announcement was made on December 23, 2025.

The total consideration paid for these securities amounted to AUD 13,809,233.04. This transaction reduces the total number of ordinary fully paid shares quoted on the ASX to 663,143,443. The company also has 3,899,954 performance rights (DOWAC) unquoted on the ASX.
