Vital Healthcare internalisation conditions met, completion by year-end

Vital Healthcare Property Trust announced on December 22, 2025, that all key external and regulatory conditions for the internalisation of its management by Northwest have been satisfied. This follows the conditional agreement reached on November 10, 2025, between Vital and Northwest Healthcare Properties Management Limited. Completion of the internalisation is expected on December 31, 2025.
